The Zero Project Conference App
There is a special app
for the Zero Project Conference.
You can download it for free
in the app store on your smartphone or tablet.
You can find the app under the name
“Zero Project Conference 2020”.
With the app you can
• connect with other participants,
• get information about speakers and
• get updates about the conference.
After downloading the app
you have to enable “Messages”.
And register with your email-address.
You can choose your own password.
When you set up your account
you must at least enter
your first and last name.
You can update and complete
your profile later at any time.
Please be aware
that all information on your profile
can be seen by anyone using the app.
at the Zero Project Conference
At the Zero Project Conference reception desk
you will get an information package.
The package includes
• the new Zero Project Report,
• a list of all speakers,
• a list of all participants,
• a list of accessibility measures and
• the conference programme.
Language, Subtitles and
The Zero Project Conference
is held in English.
English subtitles are provided in all rooms.
Sign language is also provided in some rooms.
In sign language, you make signs
for a word, a term or a letter.
Usually you make the signs
with your hands.
You can find further language translation services
and details on other accessibility measures
in the official Conference Programme.
The programme is called
“Programme At A Glance”.
Bringing information material
If you want to bring
information material with you,
please note that we only have
limited space available.
Therefore, please don’t bring
• material and brochures
that are bigger than the A4 format,
• posters or
• roll-ups with you.
However, we will do our best
that you will be able
to present all your material.
You can also take brochures and handouts
from the exhibitions stands and sessions.
You are also allowed
to take photos and recordings.

will be available at this year’s Zero Project Conference.

Cloakroom and Store Room
There will be a free cloak room service.
You can find it on the ground floor
after the registration desk.
There, you can also store your luggage
on your arrival or departure day.
The cloakroom service is open
from 8 a.m. until the end of the Conference
on each Conference day.
The exhibitions are located
on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The exhibitors will be at their booths
on Wednesday, 20 February
from 5 p.m. to the end of the Conference day.
After that, exhibitors do not
have to be at their booths.
Meeting point at the Conference
We can support you if you want to make contact
with other participants at the conference.
For example, you can use our designated meeting area
to arrange meetings.
You can ask for support
at the Conference registration desk.
At the reception desk,
you will get vouchers
for one snack per day
Through the whole conference
you can get coffee and water for free
in dedicated areas.
You can buy snacks and drinks
in cafeterias on the Ground Floor and
on the First Floor.
You can buy lunch in the Restaurant
outside the M-Building.
On Wednesday and Thursday,
you can get dinner
at the Conference for free.
There will be free WIFI available
within the M-Building.
You will not need a password.
You don’t have to wear special clothing
for the Conference.
It is recommended
to wear something nice but comfortable.
