2/11	Partner Channel	10:00 – 11:00	Youth4Jobs: Making disability inclusion happen – the industry perspective – the industry perspective	The session, organized by Youth4Jobs of India, will give an insight on how innovation and technology has strengthened the workforce by accommodating the needs of persons with disabilities. Inclusive practices not only support people with disabilities, but inclusion also creates a more accepting and supportive workplace for all the employees.
2/11	Partner Channel	11:00 – 12:00	Humanity & Inclusion: Inclusive wage employment in developing countries	In this round table, Humanity & Inclusion, the international NGO, will present their methodology for addressing inclusive wage employment in developing countries, working both with the environment and with persons directly. To illustrate this methodology, Humanity & Inclusion-teams from the field will share their experiences from India and the Philippines.
2/11	Partner Channel	12:00 – 13:00	Architects for Accessibility: Mental health balance in ICT employment	In a country like the Philippines, senior citizens are waiting for pension and stop working which can lead to sedentary life. Senior citizen in other part of Asia are encouraged to work, ICT employment can allow them to work from home without much physical activity, but still allow their brain to exercise. A session organized by Architects for Accessibility, an association from the Philippines.
2/11	Partner Channel	13:00 – 14:00	Lebenshilfe Tirol: Purpose-based identity and how it helps	The organizers – Lebenshilfe Tirol from Austria – describe the mission of this Session: “A purpose-based identity carried us through the crisis. Our resilience during the COVID-19 crisis was very present. We believe, this is due to our strong identity and values, which were basis for all decisions, and information during the crisis. Which of course secured a highly qualitative accompaniment of clients. However, purpose does not only help in crisis situations. Organizations are searching for purpose more and more, and costumers are interested in an organization’s purpose.”
2/11	Partner Channel	14:00 – 15:00	Israel Elwyn: “Zooming-in” on employers during changing environments	The session, organized by the NGO Israel Elwyn – will focus on strategies to engage, recruit, and maintain employers in hiring people with intellectual disabilities in the competitive job market, especially during crisis and changing environments. Through a guided panel, the session will emphasize the issue from four point of views: the employee, the employer, Israel Elwyn’s job placement program staff, and the Israeli government. Moreover, a Uruguayan NGO will represent the South American perspective on this prescient topic.
2/11	Partner Channel	15:00 – 16:00	ITU: ICT Accessibility standards and policies during and after Covid19	With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting every part of the world, the practice of physical distancing has become part of the new normal, and this has made many, if not most, essential services, such as education, business, emergency, medical and healthcare, migrate to virtual platforms, thereby making Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) essential as well. But many of those services have often been impossible to access for persons with disabilities and those with specific needs, those people who make up 15% of the world population according to the World Bank and WHO estimates. It is now, therefore, imperative that ICT becomes accessible. This session with accessibility experts involved in the standardization at the International Telecommunication will discuss the importance of global standards for accessibility and that accessibility policies need to be in harmony with standards, especially during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. 2/11	Partner Channel	16:00 – 17:00	King Abdulaziz University: Empowering people with disabilities in higher education and beyond	The session, organized by the King Abdulaziz University of Saudi-Arabia, will delineate how to empower persons with disabilities in higher education environment including employment, use of information technology, and policies. The organizers will invite key speakers to talk about employment and information technology from around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2/11	Partner Channel	18:00 19:00	KVPS: Meaningful jobs by supporting employers	This session, organized by Service Foundation for People with an Intellectual Disability (KVPS) of Finland will focus on how to best support employers by job coaching to enable meaningful jobs for people with intellectual disabilities.
